Shipping
The shipping and handling cost is based on the total weight that you would like
to purchase. See more details on the shopping cart page. Most of our orders will be shipped the same or the very next business day.
You will be contacted within 2 business days if there is an issue
delaying the shipping of your order. Please note all of our Smaller packages will be delivered with the regular mail and will require no signature unless requested by you specifically. This can be done during ordering by leaving a message with the above phone number or by emailing us at richard@granvillewellness.com
We have 3 different types of shipping:
1)Surface which starts at $6.95 and it's shipping duration is 10 to 14 BUSINESS days.
2)Air Mail which starts at $8.95 and it's shipping duration is 5 to 7 BUSINESS days.
3)XpressPost which starts at $23.99 and takes 3 to 5 BUSINESS days for delivery to the United States.
All of which will be through the United States Postal Service. Please note ONLY XpressPost OFFERS A TRACKING NUMBER for your package. Surface and Airmail do not offer this service therefore they cannot be individual tracked.

Payment
We accept payment by Visa, Visa DebitCards, MasterCard, MasterCard DebitCards or by Money Order. For any orders outside on the U.S. & Canada over $100.00 we'll require a Western Union Money Order payment.
Should you choose Money Order payment please note;
-Your purchase will be shipped upon receipt of your Money Order
-Please double check the total of you order as prices will change throughout the year.
-Your Money Order must be negotiable in Canada(Sorry United States Postal Service money orders are not negotiable in Canada).
Should you have any problem with the Creditcard DebitCards being declined it is often due to your Credit Debitcard company restricting purchases on a Canadian Website. This can easily be fixed by contacting the number on the back of the Credit Debitcard and asking them to lift this restriction.

Gift Certificates
Regarding the cross-promotion Gift Certificates sent out by Granville Wellness. They are ONLY REDEEMABLE AT Granville PHARMACY (see OnlineCanadianPharmacy.com) for New patients 1st Prescription Order only. There is a limit of one Gift Certificate per new patient. Refunds
Granville Wellness will refund your unopened product upon receiving it. Returning it through the United States Postal Service via Surface is thee least expensive way to ship. This will be best for you as we do not refund the shipping costs only the cost of the product purchased.
