Gravol is particularly effective in dealing with the nausea or vomiting associated with motion sickness, stomach- and flu-related illness. When taken orally, GRAVOL is quickly absorbed and starts to go to work immediately to calm symptoms. Relief can begin within 15 to 20 minutes and can last up to 8 hours, depending on the dosage form selected.

Directions
Directions: Adults and children 6 years and over: take 2 lozenges every 4 hours 1 to 3 times a day. Do not exceed 6 lozenges a day.
*For the prevention of motion sickness take 2 lozenges at least 30 minutes before departure.

Organic ginger extract (zingiber officinale) (root & rhizome) standardized to 25% gingerols, equivalent to 340 mg ginger dried root / 20 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: (alphabetical order)
Acacia, beeswax, beta-cyclodextrine, citric acid, lemon essential oil, liquid paraffin, maltitol, orange essential oil, sorbitol, stevia.
Cautions
Adverse Reactions: Drowsiness may be experienced by some patients, especially at high dosages. Dizziness may also occur. Symptoms of dry mouth, lassitude, excitement (especially in children) and nausea have been reported.
Symptoms And Treatment Of Overdose: Children are susceptible to the convulsant action of antihistamines. Cases of convulsions and eventually coma have been reported in children 1.5 to 3 years (especially in the presence of dehydration) having received large doses of 150 to 800 mg diphenhydramine HCl (equivalent to 260 to 1 400 mg dimenhydrinate). There have been reports of hallucinations after the ingestion of 500 and 700 mg dimenhydrinate.Symptoms: Drowsiness, ataxia, disorientation, nystagmus, convulsions, stupor, coma and respiratory depression. tag_Treatment.
